Website setup fees cover the initial design, configuration, and launch of a website hosted and managed by First Up Media.

- The website remains active only while the monthly website care and hosting service is maintained.
- Website setup does not include transfer of ownership or independent hosting rights.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and content availability.
3. Website Care, Hosting & Subscription Requirement
All websites built by us require ongoing Website Care & Hosting.
This monthly service includes:
- Secure hosting
- Platform updates and maintenance
- Performance monitoring
- Ongoing support
If the monthly service is canceled or unpaid, the website will be taken offline.

- Clients are granted the right to use the website only while fees are current.
- First Up Media retains ownership of the website structure, design framework, and hosting environment.

Failure to pay recurring fees may result in service suspension or site removal.

Either party may discontinue services at any time with written notice.

- No data transfer or website handover is provided upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
First Up Media, LLC is not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Downtime caused by third-party platforms
- Issues arising from client-provided content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.
